I’m fascinated by motivation.

What creates it, what blocks it, how we move through moments when we have it and when we don’t.

This week, my headline post Work Inspires Work, focuses on how doing the work can motivate us to do more of the work.  Inspired by a podcast, one idea is that when we are in a rut, maybe we need to just work through the rut.

Momentum is real. When we have it, we need less motivation to act.
