How They Benefit You When We Work Together

Strategic

My strategic evaluates alternatives to select the best path forward.

This enables me to consider optional paths forward and work with you to determine the one that will be the best fit. All of life is a series of strategic decisions – from designing a marketing mix to deciding what’s for dinner. I help you think through the options.

R

Achiever

Lists and organization are at the heart of how I get things done.

When working with me, you can expect that I will organize the work to be done and keep detailed track of plans. You will also see the organization come into a structured approach to developing strategies that fit your needs.

Individualization

I believe that no two individuals, teams, or companies are alike.

Strategies and ideas that work for many, may not work for you. Understanding yourself and your team will help us define techniques and ideas that are uniquely tailored to the situation and goals.

Maximizer

I start with something good and enjoy finding ways to make it great.

You, your team, or your company are already awesome. My maximizer will evaluate where you are and determine the steps you can begin to take that will close the gap between the current state and the vision you aspire to achieve.

Input

This is my collector tendency that builds my personal information file.

I’m fascinated with marketing, brand building, employee experiences, hybrid work, personal development, sustainability…and the list goes on.  As a result, I “collect” lots of information and ideas. This enables me to provide you the perfect tip, resource, or idea for your current situation or challenge.

Let’s Connect. I’d love to hear from you.

Bits of Time

You know the situation. Waiting in line. Arriving early for an event. Sitting through a child’s practice. The moments where we have time open and no plan. We tend to fill this time without intention. Scrolling social media, listening to music, or just doing nothing....

Longer Days

Longer Days

As the daylight hours get longer, I start to feel like I have more time to get things done. More energy. More drive. There has always been “spring cleaning”, but this is broader than cleaning my spaces. So, I did a bit of searching to see if there is a connection....

“Discussing how other team members perceive and react to my strengths was helpful.  It’s important to have a strong sense of how you show up to the people you interact with, but I think having another person to help you unpack what is/isn’t working about your presence on teams essential.”
