The Challenge
Each role matters.
However, most of the time only one or two are leading the way.
The others are ignored, overwhelmed, or under resourced.
That’s when things start to fall apart:
- We’re productive (MeOO is strong) but burned out (MeHRO is silent).
- Our calendar is full (MeFO working overtime), but direction is off (MeEO is on autopilot).
- We try a new tool or app, but don’t know how to use it well (MeTO is waving for help).
- We crave joy or inspiration but never make space for it (MeCO is left out).
The Opportunity
