The Challenge

That’s when things start to fall apart:

  • We’re productive (MeOO is strong) but burned out (MeHRO is silent).
  • Our calendar is full (MeFO working overtime), but direction is off (MeEO is on autopilot).
  • We try a new tool or app, but don’t know how to use it well (MeTO is waving for help).
  • We crave joy or inspiration but never make space for it (MeCO is left out).

The Opportunity
