This week, I’m pairing one of my blog posts with a couple podcasts to help us manage our lives. No matter how great our systems are, we can all feel overwhelmed especially during spring.

Last year, I wrote a post titled “May-cember: Prepare for the May-ham”.  And, this year, I hope this post provides some ideas that can help: Life Management – 10 Tips for People Who Don’t Have Time. Providing concrete ideas to get control and reduce the overwhelm.

In addition to these posts, I came across two podcasts that might be just right for the season:

5 Practical Ways to Take Control of Your Life. 13 minutes. TED Talks Daily. In this episode, Axios CEO Jim VandeHei his career observations on 5 things we can all do to take control and master the trajectory of our lives.

The Seven Kinds of Rest and How to Know Which One You Need. 30 minutes. The Lazy Genius. This episode suggests that not all rest is created equal. You learn what the types of rest are and then explore ideas of how to get each type.

My Other Posts This Week
