Life is a funny thing.

We set goals.

Make plans to meet them.

And then start taking actions.

Sometimes we get to the finish line.

Yet.

Sometimes we quit.

Sometimes we self-sabotage.

Sometimes we procrastinate.

When the goals seem so clear, why is it so hard?

Why do we only meet a small percentage of our goals?

My Perspective

I think there are all kinds of things at play.

Motivation.

Fear.

Pressure from others.

And…. moving or shifting goals.

I believe our goals and vision are constantly evolving.

What feels right at one time, can shift several months later.

What do we do with this constantly changing perspective.

Are the daily choices and decisions moving us closer to the life we want to lead?

Or are we veering onto another path?

Do we like the new path, or do we need to find our way back to the first?

While navigating can be tricky.

Step 1 is the realization that we are navigating a changing landscape.

Your Turn

Do you find it easy or difficult to meet your goals?

What are the challenges that typically hold you back?

Do you sometimes find yourself veering onto another path?
