Do you ever have those moments when you think, “I need to regroup”?

For me, these arrive when my life seems to suddenly be unorganized.

Both literally and figuratively.

Email and project files are a disaster after a big project.

My closet is in disarray as one season ends and another begins.

What started with a couple things not put away around the house has multiplied.

I realize it’s been days since I’ve taken a walk or done some exercise.

Typically, all these things happen at once.

These are the moments when I need a regroup.

A day or two to pick things up, put them away, and clear the clutter.

I often find that the clutter isn’t just in my physical space… it’s in all parts of my wellbeing.

Occupational. Intellectual. Emotional. Physical. Social. Spiritual. Financial.

Some are hit harder than others depending on the situation, but they are all in the mix.

My Story

Right now, I need a regroup.

It’s Friday, I just finished a big project.

Life is out of control in most areas of wellbeing.

So, this weekend is my regroup.

Clearing and organizing.

Working toward a fresh start as the new week begins.

My fingers are crossed that I feel back in balance.

Your Turn
