Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest.

But for many of us, it’s a day of dread.

The to-do list feels like it’s growing, not shrinking.

The Sunday Scaries show up.

The day becomes a catch-all for everything we didn’t finish last week.

What if, instead of defaulting into stress mode, we made Sunday our strategy day?

What would change if we took charge like a MeEO?

Managing the day with intention, clarity, and control.

Designing and entering the week on our terms.

The CEO Sunday Agenda

We don’t need a complicated routine. We just need a rhythm that restores and prepares us.

Here’s one I’ve been experimenting with:

Clarity Check-In: What matters most this week? What’s pulling me off course? What’s one thing I want to feel more of?

Finding Space: Look at the calendar. What can be removed, moved, or made easier? Is there time for me in the week ahead?

MeEO Self-Care: Rest for me doesn’t always mean stillness. Maybe it’s a walk, a playlist, a long shower, or tidying up the house. Sometimes it’s a task to help future me.

Evening Rituals: Close the laptop. Pick a book. Get immersed in a movie. Whatever helps me shift into calm and ready.

Being the MeEO of your life doesn’t mean doing more.

It means choosing with intention.

And, for some, Sunday can be a powerful place to begin.
