One year ago, the MeEOTM concept was put out into the world.

I had an interview on the Together Digital podcast, and we needed a title.

At that point, I had been coaching professionals for nearly 10 years.

Written over 500 blog posts on personal development.

And, been diving deep into the shifts in employee/employer engagement.

I knew we were at a moment when people needed to start taking the reins of their career.

So, the title was born – “Becoming a MeEO of your Career and Life”.

What I Know One Year Later

Since that interview, the philosophy has been refined.

A MeEO Mindset is for any professional – working at a company or working on their own.

Programs have been developed for job loss, personal branding, and career insurance.

There is content and training on everyday challenges:

Confidence.

Motivation & Procrastination.

Resource Management – Money, time, and Energy.

Goal Setting, Action plans, and Setting Habits, and Routines.

And so much more.

I have received so much wonderful feedback and learned of more needs.

With each need expressed, I’ve dug in to uncover ideas and actions to take.

I know the world of work is challenging and stressful right now.

My goal is to help professionals deal with overwhelm and instability.

Find ways to feel in control of their career and life.

The idea of the MeEO is resonating.
