This week we continue the series of posts focused on the 8 dimensions of wellbeing. We explore the dimension, look back on 2024 & celebrate our growth throughout the year.

What I’ve Been Up To
This week, I took some time to reflect on two dimensions of my 2024 – what I learned and how I nurtured my professional network. The look back in both areas provided great insights that will carry into the year ahead.Outside of work, I finished up a wonderful family vacation in the sun and returned to VERY cold weather in Michigan. I’m now transitioning to enjoy the holiday season.
