Today marks two years of writing a blog post every day.

I write 7 days a week and post 5 new topics a week.

For 2 years.

104 Weeks.

731 Days – we had a leap year. 😊

Looking back, I’ve dug into many topics and learned a LOT about things I didn’t know.

Topics have spanned time management.

Wellbeing.

Habits.

Career development.

Personal branding.

And more.

Areas that are interesting to me.

Topics I felt would be important to others.

The Evolution

Along the way, I’ve clarified my thoughts.

Those thoughts have turned into webinars, workbooks, and workshops.

I’ve found frameworks that I believe really work.

And developed many structures of my own inspired by what I’ve learned.

The ideas have been pulled into coaching sessions.

Supporting someone who has a specific need at a specific moment.

They have been shared on podcasts and in presentations.

Somewhere along the way, I became a thought leader.

I have followed many thought leaders over the years.

I may not yet have their audience size.

However, I share their passion to help others.

Here’s more on a daily practice and my thoughts at the end of my first year of writing.

What’s Next

I will continue to focus on the intersection of employee engagement and personal development.

You’ll see more about becoming a MeEO in charge of your career and life.

More about living a life that is sustainable over time.

And more about topics I haven’t even considered yet!

Your Turn

Have you considered a daily practice?
