Do we limit what is possible?

We lead full lives.

Work.

Family.

Hobbies.

We make money and spend it on our lifestyle.

We get into routines and habits.

Life becomes comfortable.

We may get overwhelmed, but generally we know the cycles.

My Perspective

In the flow of these cycles, I think we may hold ourselves back.

The talk inside our heads that tells us an idea is too big and could “never” work.

Or that we would “never” qualify for that position we want to apply for.

Or, that person would “never” talk to us.

Or, we can “never” write a book, “never” run a marathon, and “never” afford to travel abroad.

The list could go on.

What if we changed the word “never” to the word “definitely”.

Achieving the goals might take work, but they are possible.

Mindset shifts are the most difficult changes we can make.

They are also the ones that hold us back the most.
