Welcome to the Saturday recap. Enjoy!

Personal Development

While the week kicks off with a physical reminder of our goals, the rest of the week is focused on digging into the elements of the hope formula to leverage the ideas as we move into the new year.

Importance of Reminders. The first post of the week provides a perspective on how physical objects can be reminders of our personal missions and goals.

Consider the Goal. This post digs into the goal in the hope formula and suggests that our goals can be flexible and change over time.

Digging into Willpower.  Looking at the second dimension of the hope equation, this post highlights some challenges and opportunities in ensuring our willpower is on track.

Digging into Waypower. This third dimension of the hope equation focuses on finding alternative paths when the current one isn’t working.  Three areas to help with waypower are introduced.

Understanding Willpower & Waypower.  The final post of the week looks at how these two dimensions of the hope formula work together and what happens if each aren’t operating at their optimal state.
