PodList

This week, there are four podcasts that stood out to me.  Topics include taking a break, midlife challenges, and food/food waste.  I hope you find some that resonate with you.

Try a Day Without Musts or Shoulds. 11 minutes. Before Breakfast. This podcast title explains it all.  Take a break from expectations and see what the day brings.

Forget the Midlife Crisis. The “Midlife Collision” is Having a Huge Impact on the Workforce.  25 minutes.  The New Way We Work. This podcast covers the sandwich generation, multiple career chapters, and menopause.  While providing a female perspective, it would be a good listen for both women and men.

I’m so Effing Hungry: Why We Crave What We Crave – And What to Do About It. 12 minutes. The Next Big Idea Daily.  As we head to New Years resolutions (often about food) this is an interesting perspective.

The Truth About Food Waste. 22 minutes. The Gallup Podcast. This episode focuses on the high level of food waste around the world and what we can do to reduce the impact.
