Welcome to the Saturday post. This is where I summarize podcasts that inspired me throughout the week and give a quick recap of what was covered on both blogs. Enjoy!

PodList

This week, the podlist takes a little bit different twist.  There are several links that provide summaries of Gretchen Rubin’s latest book which I reviewed on the blog this week.  Then, I had the opportunity to do an interview with the Carbon Sessions team to talk about One Shade Greener at Home.  In addition, there are two podcasts of interest.

One Shade Greener at Home by Lori Sullivan – 30 minutes. Carbon Sessions.  I had an awesome opportunity to speak with Leekei and Jen to talk about the book and how it can be a resource for homeowners no matter where they are on their sustainability journey.

Interviews with Gretchen Rubin on her book Life in Five Senses.  First, a 40-minute interview on her own podcast – Happier – with her sister Elizabeth Craft.  Three more I listened to include – Best of Both Worlds (50 minutes), Beyond the To-Do List (54 minutes), and Manifest with Cathy Heller (1 hour).

Spring Cleaning – Part 2: Your Calendar and Task List – 18 minutes. Work + Life Harmony.  This title says it all.  There are tips and advice for getting your calendar and task list cleaned up.

Something Active, Something Creative – 6 minutes. Before Breakfast.  This is a short one that I listened to a few weeks ago but didn’t have room to feature.  Simple and solid advice for daily life.
