My Perspective
Over the years, I’ve had several coaches and mentors.
The benefits have included:
- Getting clear on goals – helping define a vision for the future.
- Facing limiting beliefs that held me back.
- Improving self-awareness and understanding myself better.
- Working through decisions that didn’t have a straightforward approach.
- Accountability and motivation toward personal goals that others aren’t tracking.
While coaching offers a lot of benefits, I’ve also realized that it’s not for everyone.
Some signs that might indicate you could benefit from coaching include:
- Overwhelmed without the time and space to catch up.
- Feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
- Lack of clarity on goals for the future.
- Desire to improve in gain more self-awareness.
