This week, I want to highlight a post I wrote on 7-Year Cycles.
I’ve always felt like my life moves in 7-year increments and there are beliefs out there that suggest this might be true. This post explores the idea and how it has impacted my story.
Since I wrote the above, I’ve been diving deeper into the topic and considering the arcs that happen in the process. For reference, year 1 of the cycles start at the following ages: 8, 15, 22, 29, 36, 43, 50, 57, 64, 71, 78, 85, 92, 99, and 106 (if you would be lucky enough to get there).
On Monday, my blog post will be diving deeper into the topic and highlighting that a lot of focus is put on the first 4–5-year ones and then less conversations about all the ones that happen later in our lives. Why is that? What can we do to put more intention into these 7-year cycles?
