Welcome to the Saturday post.  Below is the weekly summary of podcasts that inspired me this week and a quick recap of what was covered on both blogs. Enjoy!

PodList

This week, the list has three podcasts highlighting a book launch and three additional podcasts that captured my attention this week and are worth a listen.

The first set of podcasts is tied to the first blog post below – a review of Seth Godin’s new book The Song of Significance.  To learn more about the book, here are three great podcast interviews – Marie Forlio (45 minutes),  Beyond the To-Do List (42 minutes), and The Good Life Project (53 minutes).

When Clutter is a Convenient Distraction. 10 minutes. Optimal Living Daily. This quick podcast talks about how clutter can block us from things we want to accomplish.

What to Do with Random Pockets of Time. 19 minutes. The Lazy Genius. This episode discusses ideas for those moments in between other activities and how you might fill them with something meaningful.

The Science of Personality and the Art of Well-being with Brian Little. 33 minutes. WorkLife with Adam Grant.  I loved this interview and the discussion of how our projects (personal & work) impact wellbeing.
