The dimension of wellbeing that often falls aside for other priorities is spiritual.
The connection with our soul.
For some this may be tied to a religion.
For others this could be a quest for personal purpose.
Spiritual wellbeing is primarily internal and reflective.
We need quiet time to reflect and go within.
My Perspective
If we aren’t intentional with times set aside for spiritual wellbeing, we will miss the chance.
We could start to feel off balance and not quite know why.
The remedy could be some time alone with our thoughts and priorities.
When we are feeling overwhelmed and a bit “off”, we should check in on our spiritual wellbeing.
Your Turn
What do you do to feed your spiritual wellbeing?
If you don’t have time for spiritual sessions, do you begin to feel off?
How could you incorporate some spiritual time into each day?
