Welcome to the Saturday Summary.

What I’ve Posted – Blog Summary

This week many of the posts explore tensions and different approaches to our life and work. I hope each will provide you some insight on where you are right now and where you want to go.

Work and Life – Working Together. This first post of the week explores the difference between work-life balance, integration, and harmony. Knowing the difference, what do you want?

What I’ve Been Up To

On the professional front, I had a few online meet and greet sessions which reminded me how wonderful it is to get to know new people and understand their priorities and work they are putting out in the world. I also had more deliverables and deadlines than a normal week so I found myself jumping from one “must do” to the next. As I move into next week, I want to work to get back on offense as I’ve felt in a bit of a defensive mode lately.

Outside of work, progress continues on the monumental task of regaining control of the outdoor landscaping and projects. I feel like this week the project flipped from the landscape in control to me in control…that is a big deal! I’m also 10 days into a 100-day challenge of doing a Peloton workout and wall Pilates each day. 10% complete and I’m already feeling healthier / stronger.
