Welcome to the Saturday Summary.

What I’ve Posted – Blog Summary

This week is a bit of personal reflection. What I hope is that it inspires two things for you. First, explore your own list of thought leaders who have shaped your life and career. Second, maybe you will find a new-to-you thought leader in the mix and can seek out some of their content.

The Ones Who Shaped Us. This first post kicks off a series for the week. I’m sharing the industry thought leaders who shaped my perspectives and my career. I hope you consider your list!

1990’s – Foundational Knowledge. The early years of my career created the base for everything. From structures and systems thinking to personal branding and the evolving workplace.

2000’s – Marketing & Branding. With a shift to a new industry, my thought leaders shifted as well. Setting the foundation for what it means to build a brand with consistency & authenticity.

2010’s – Personal Development Emerges. The blend of marketing with personal development takes root in this decade molding perspectives and structures for what was to come years later – the MeEO™ mindset and approach to career and life.

2020’s – The Changing World of Work. This decade I’ve focused on how the world of work is changing for employees and employers. Exploring how to create a positive future.

What I’ve Been Up To

This week, I spent time putting final touches on a program that has been in my mind for years and in the works for a few months – the MeEO™ Membership. Registration for Founding Members will start in April and the program will begin in May. I’m so excited to bring the MeEO™ Mindset to a broader audience empowering others to take control of their career and life!

Outside of work, I reconnected with some colleagues from the past – so fun! There were also some moments that I found time to read. Life has been to busy to fit that in lately and I quickly realized how important quiet time is to my overall wellbeing.
