What I’ve Been Up To

This week, I spent time on personal reflection and refinement of my own personal brand. I provide a lot of exercises and support for others defining their brand, but sometimes I forget the importance of my own. There were some insights and breakthroughs along the way that I hope will help me articulate the value I can add to coaching, marketing projects and professional relationships.

Outside of work, I finished watching “Younger” on Netflix (mentioned last week) and kicked off the Superbowl weekend by watching 80 for Brady. The movie had been on my watch list, and this felt like the right time to check it off. I also found moments for reading, using the Peloton (a goal to get back to this year), and hanging out with the family.
