Welcome to the Saturday Summary.

How are you feeling about your job and the strength of your personal brand?

If they could be in better shape, I’m looking for 3 more participants in a pilot program (50% off). The program is 5-weeks, 1on1, personalized, and aimed to set you up for success in the year ahead.

Set up a free 30-minute conversation to learn more and get some top-of-mind advice along the way. Many of you know me, this won’t be a pressure-filled conversation. I would love to catch up and support your journey!

What I’ve Posted – Blog Summary

This week was 100% focused on clutter. The energy of the new year is a great time to organize and restart the clutter clock. These posts provide tips and ideas to minimize the clutter in your life.

What Can We Learn from Clutter Spirals? The first post of the week focuses on the cycle of anxiety that can be caused by all the types of clutter in our lives.

Daily Clutter. Everyday, clutter builds in our life. This post encourages us to recognize when clutter is being added and to deal with it right away rather than waiting until it’s a big challenge.

Clutter Zero. While we can strive for clutter zero, it’s a fleeting feeling. As soon as the clutter is gone it starts to build up again. This post introduces two systems to keep clutter at bay.

What I’ve Been Up To

This week, I’ve continued to refine the personalized branding program. Thinking through the challenges that we face in our career development, creating an “intake” questionnaire, and taking activities that were grouped together in a prior program and splitting them to be building blocks for the unique needs of those I coach.

Outside of work, I am tapping into my creativity and reimagining spaces at home. Leverage existing furniture, I’m creating a drink station along an unused wall in our family room. Coffee, tea, water, and a small beverage refrigerator will all be integrated into something that I hope will be both functional for us and cool to look at. Right now, I’m in a debate with my son about painting the wood pieces I’m using – my point of view is that we should paint them. He says, “why would anyone paint real wood?”. We will start unpainted, but I reserve the right to paint in the future!
