Each week, I listen to a LOT of podcasts.
On Saturday’s, I’m going to start providing a list of some that inspired me throughout the week. There will never be more than 1-2 hours of content referenced. My notes may provide enough summary or they will guide you on which ones to engage with. In this weekly note, I’ll also provide a recap of the posts covered in the blog.
PodList
I found a thread through the three podcasts below that I felt were a great listening flight.
All three provide some perspective about chasing your dreams and setting yourself up for a life you want in the future. There is about than 20 minutes of total listening. Enjoy!
How Bad Do You Want to Live Your Dreams – 11 minutes. Daily Boost Podcast – 3.22.23. During this post, Scott challenges us to think about the things we want in life. The quote that really struck me was this:
“You will always do what you need to do, but you won’t always do what you want to do.”
– Scott Smith, Daily Boost Podcast
How to Develop the Habit of Acceptance – 5 minutes. The Habit Coach Podcast – 3.21.23. In this podcast, Ashtin Doctor provides a perspective that we should accept the past, surrender to the future, and take action in the present. The actions you take in the present create the foundation for the future.
Make a Moonshot Map – 6 minutes. Before Breakfast Podcast – 3.20.23. After listening to the first two podcasts, this episode will have you sitting down to take action. In the episode, Laura Vanderkam talks about a book she read and the idea of creating a map of the steps to take to achieve your moonshot goals.
Blog Post Recap

Monday – Containers Contain Things – Highlights my “ah ha” that containers are really boundaries and that we could think about containers and boundaries around things you can’t physically see.
Tuesday – Cluttered and Organized are Different – Two key dimensions of clutter.
Wednesday – Digging Deeper Into Clutter – Two additional dimensions of clutter to consider.
Thursday – Clutter at Work – Takes the concepts from Tuesday and Wednesday’s posts and applies them to our work.
Friday – All The Stuff! – The stats of physical clutter and thoughts on invisible clutter.
