There is a lot of conversation about setting goals, change, and new habits.

What we don’t talk about often is the challenge of keeping those habits for the long run.

We know that we can slide from our healthy habits.

Our not-so-healthy habits can creep in.

Sometimes it feels like we are always starting over.

My Perspective

Our lives are always changing.

With those changes our habits and routines are often disrupted.

Taking stock of how we are doing in relation to our goals can help sustain habits to get us there.

Sometimes when change happens it is time to drop habits.

Or add a new routine.

Habits and routines are fluid.

The key is to keep them focused on the goals we have in our lives.
