Welcome to the Saturday PodList. This is the weekly post where I summarize several podcasts that inspired me throughout the week and give a quick recap of what was covered on the blog. Enjoy!

PodList

This week, three podcasts make the list. The first two are short – around 10 minutes.  The third is an hour long with an additional hour if you choose to continue.  However, this last one is packed full of great ideas and inspiration.

How to Create Time for Self-Care Without Feeling Guilty – 10 Minutes. Optimal Living Daily. Trying to find time for self-care is often difficult with all the other responsibilities.  This podcast provides suggestions on how to find this very important time in your life.

There is No Such Thing as Self-Sabotage – 11 minutes. The Next Big Idea Daily. This week, this podcast focused on lessons from the book The Science of Stuck by Britt Frank.  In this episode, the discussion of what is really going on with self-sabotage was fascinating.  I highly encourage listening.

Creativity, Leadership, and Purpose – 1 Hour. The Accidental Creative with Todd Henry.  In this episode, the interview is flipped, and Todd is interviewed by Ben Beshear.  This is only half of the interview posted on Ben’s podcast – Life, Money, and Living Well.  However, the content and insight in this first hour is awesome.  I had so many notes!  There was a discussion around creativity being the same as problem solving, 5 principles for creative rhythm from Todd’s book, and the challenge to go deep and ask yourself what you are doing when you are working…not in meetings, but doing YOUR work.
