This week, there are five podcasts that stood out to me.  There is a mix of personal development, organization design, and sustainability.  I hope you find a couple that resonate with you.

Redefining How We Think About Self-Care. 45 minutes. Work Well.  This is an interview with Dr. Pooja Lakshmin the CEO of Gemma and the author of Real Self-Care.  She discusses how self-care is not a spa treatment, but rather internal, emotional work.

Individual vs. Systems Action: The Five Types of Individual Action. 19 minutes. How to Save the World.  We often hear about the systemic problems that need to be addressed for climate change. This podcast shows five ways individuals make and influence systemic change in daily life. Highly recommend.

Understanding the 4 Kinds of Clarity. 12 minutes. Daily Boost. The title says it all.  The podcast explores clarity of purpose, task, process, and outcome.  A simple, short episode that is worth a listen.

Are Middle Managers Your Next Ace in the Hole? 15 minutes. The McKinsey Podcast. This episode is a good overview of the state of middle management today and why these employees may be the key to the success of companies moving forward. Thoughts from the book Power to the Middle.

How to Make Sure Materials get Reused Again and Again. 14 minutes. TED Talks Daily.  This podcast talks about designing circular cities and how we can create cultures of reuse.
