PodList
This week, there are four podcasts that stood out to me. Topics include coming together to have tough conversations, exploring our hidden potential and how to make eating out more sustainable. I hope you find some that resonate with you.
The Soul of Civility: Timeless Principles to Heal Society and Ourselves. 11 minutes. The Next Big Idea. This podcast introduced me to the idea of “porching” to come together and discuss difficult issues. With everything going on in the world right now, we could all use a little porching.
Adam Grant has released a new book titled “Hidden Potential: The Science of Achieving Greater Things”. If the title is interesting to you, you can hear a bit more on these two podcasts – Work Life and Ten Percent Happier.
Eating Out. 26 minutes. Sustainable Minimalists. If you are looking for ways to ensure your dining out and carryout habits are lowering their impact on the environment, this is a good listen. Tips are provided on where and what to eat as well as how to influence your favorite restaurants to lighten their impact.
