Welcome to the Saturday post. Below are podcasts that inspired me this week and a quick recap of what was covered on both the personal development and sustainability blogs. Enjoy!

PodList

This week, there are five podcasts that stood out to me.  Topics include navigating change, prioritizing, better writing, understanding our brain, and a good salad.  I hope you find some that resonate with you.

Master of Change: How to Excel when Everything is Changing – Including You. 11 minutes. The Next Big Idea Daily. This podcast features Brad Stulberg providing ideas on navigating change. I resonated with the ideas of “pause, process, plan, and proceed”.

How to Prioritize Using ICE. 7 minutes. Modern Mentor. This episode focuses on ICE – Impact, Confidence, and Ease – as a method to prioritize.  I was drawn into this “new to me” approach.

Use This One Editing Tip for Everything You Write. 26 minutes. Your Next Draft.  We all write every day. From an email to a report, this podcast will provide insight on how to make an impact.

Life Stages of the Brain. 50 minutes. TED Radio Hour. This slightly longer podcast is a great listen for those managing life with pre-teens/teenagers and women in any phase of menopause.

How to Build a Better Salad in 6 Steps. 11 minutes. Nutrition Diva.  This isn’t some type of personal development analogy.  Sometimes we just need to make and eat a good salad.  This podcast provides great ideas on building a salad that is healthy, filling, and tasty.
