Welcome to the Saturday post. This is where I summarize podcasts that inspired me throughout the week and give a quick recap of what was covered on both blogs. Enjoy!

PodList

This week, there are four podcasts that stood out to me.  Topics include digital organizing, finding balance, buying quality products, and things you didn’t know about that plastic water bottle.

5 Things I Do Each Week to Keep My Digital Life Organized. 14 minutes. Work + Life Harmony.  While I’m not certain I could fit some of these activities in the time described, there are some good ideas in this podcast to help us keep our arms around digital clutter.

Avoid Pendulum Swings. 5 minutes. Before Breakfast.  This podcast provides rationale for avoiding big swings in routines.  This approach helps us understand levels in each area that are sustainable over time.

Buying for Life. 35 minutes. Sustainable Minimalists. This podcast reinforces why it is worth the money to invest in high quality products that last a lifetime. Our disposable buying mindset is discussed.

Maya Rommwatt: Hidden Hazards, the Chemical Footprint of a Plastic Bottle. 29 minutes. Green Living with Tee.  If you have ever wondered about what a plastic bottle is made of and the chemicals that are “added” to the drink inside as a result, this is a very informative step-by-step overview.
