
With the MeEO Membership signup open and the first month launching in just a couple weeks,
I wanted to provide some additional details on what you can expect.
The goal of each month is to provide content around a theme. Enough information so you feel personal growth.
Yet, not too much as to begin to feel overwhelming.
The purpose is progress, not pressure.
Here’s a detailed look at the first month and some high-level thoughts on other months this year.
May – Creating a Foundation
When our world feels uncertain or we are ready to move to the next level, we need a foundation.
This first month will touch on four key areas (one per week) for us to build upon in future months.
Week 1 – The Wellbeing Wheel. We’ll cover the 8 dimensions of wellbeing and check in on each one. Knowing where we are starting enables us to know the areas that need the most attention.
Week 2 – Finding Space. This is something we’ll dive deeper into during a future month. However, if we don’t start to find a bit of time for ourselves, we won’t be able to focus on our development. We’ll explore how we can better leverage both our time and energy.
Week 3 – Career Insurance. We ensure so much in our lives, but not our career. With so much riding on our work and salary, this week we’ll talk about some steps to take to provide peace of mind.
Week 4 – Dreaming Big. The final week of the month will be all about our dreams. What do we want to accomplish? If we could look back at the end of the year, what do we hope we can say?
June – Motivation & Procrastination
With our hopes and dreams for the year documented, we shift to our motivation.
We will explore our personal blueprints to understand what gets us moving and what holds us back.
July – Joy & Serendipity
With summer in full swing, we are going to spend July reminding ourselves of the small things that bring us joy.
We’ll look back to our childhood and forward 10 years from now.
How can we intentionally bring more joy and serendipity into our everyday lives?
Additional Topics for the Year
While future month topics will be driven by the needs of the community, the topics I have in mind include Discovering Our Unique Difference, Habits & Routines, Creativity, Time & Energy, the Hope Formula for Achieving our Dreams, and deep dives on the 8 dimensions of wellbeing: occupational, financial, intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, environmental, and social.
