The second Friday of January (today) is known as “Quitters Day”.

This day began in 2019 after Strava conducted research and found that 80% of people who made New Year’s resolutions have quit by the second week of January.

My Perspective

The statistic makes me sad.

This means that the hopes and dreams of 80 people out of 100 are gone just 2 weeks into the year.

I want to change that number for those in my circles.
