Inspiring change isn’t limited to one specific method or approach.

The shift often begins with individual actions that ripple out to create a collective impact.

Our passion and persistence can motivate others to work toward a better world.

My Perspective

We each bring our unique gifts to the world.

These gifts can guide us to the right actions for each of us.

We could leverage our Clifton Strengths. Assessment here (for purchase).  Do we lean toward executing, influencing, relationships, or strategic thinking?

We could look at our Service Superpower.  Assessment here (free).  While focused on seven types of environmental service, I believe they apply to any cause.

We could consider our activist archetype. Assessment here (free).

There is no “right” way to lean in and make a difference for the causes we believe in.  The only “right” thing to do is to pick a cause, pick an activity above, and act.
