This week, there are four podcasts that stood out to me.  Topics include setting boundaries, taking risks, and creating even if you aren’t seeing visible impact.  I hope you find some that resonate with you.

Why you Should Stop Setting Goals. 11 minutes. TED Talks Daily.  The title and beginning of this podcast were a little off-putting for the goal setter inside of me.  However, the tide turned, and I think this is a great perspective on what goal setting is and how to not limit ourselves by the goals we set.

We Fall to the Level of Our Systems. 3 minutes. Self-Improvement Daily.  This podcast pairs well with the blog post below titled Upgrading our Systems.

Surefire Technique to Get it Done: Short Scoping. 11 minutes. How to Save the World. This podcast explores the idea that our plans are too big across everything in our life.  We should break it down to what you can do today.  Just focus on the goal right in front of you.

How to Avoid Lifestyle Creep. 22 minutes. Life Kit. This episode digs into the topic of “enough” and how we determine the right level for the life we want to lead.

7 Smart Tips to Spend Less So You Can Live More – Part 1. 9 minutes. Part 2. 9 minutes. Optimal Finance Daily. This two-part series is a great partner to the Lifestyle Creep podcast above.  This podcast covers tips that help you spend less and focus on what is important to you.
