Yesterday, we covered the idea of setting 3 small goals in each dimension of wellbeing.
This activity is also focused on our goals for the year but takes a different twist.
What if we were creating a bucket list for the year ahead.
A bucket list is defined as:
The experiences or achievements a person hopes to have or accomplish during their lifetime.
Could we create a bucket list for a year?
The experiences and achievements we hope to accomplish that year.
Looking at a bucket list instead of a goals list like we did on Friday.
The bucket list might include events & experiences.
We might add things that we see further out in the future,
We could think about what is on our lifetime list.
Maybe those are things on that longer list that we could start or do this year.
I think this would be a fun and useful exercise before finalizing goals for the new year.
Your Turn
What will be on your bucket list for the year?
Are the ideas the same or different from the list you created on Friday?
How can you blend new ideas into your existing goals?
