Where has the year gone?

Today, September 22nd, leaves us with 100 days this year.

There is a lot you could do with 100 days.

However, I feel like this 100 is really a 60/40 split.

60 days from now it will be Friday, November 21st.

The Friday before Thanksgiving week in the US.

After that, the final 40 days are the “holiday flurry”.

Finishing up the year at work.

Shopping for the season.

Parties.

End of year celebrations.

Family events.

Work events.

Events with friends.

Traditions in full force.

I believe we have a chance to be intentional about the next 60 days.

Considering our goals that may be unfinished, but with a bit of focus could be completed.

Prepare for the holidays to remove some frenzy from the season.

Reflect on how the year has gone.

Your Turn

If you consider that there are only 60 days left this year, how do plans change?

What do you add to or remove from your current plans?

How might your team at work shift plans with a 60-day perspective?
