hi.
I’M LORI SULLIVAN.
I’m an experienced business and marketing leader and Gallup certified CliftonStrengths® coach, with a passion for personal and organizational growth. I thrive when helping individuals, teams, and companies work at their highest level and show up at their best.
I have been focused on applied strategy for the last fifteen years.
I believe that a well developed, actionable plan is the key to achieving goals and objectives. The plan can be for an individual career, project team, or company. The disciplined approach and accountability is what makes all the difference.
Top 5 Clifton Strengths
How They Benefit You When We Work Together
Strategic
My strategic evaluates alternatives to select the best path forward.
This enables me to consider optional paths forward and work with you to determine the one that will be the best fit. All of life is a series of strategic decisions – from designing a marketing mix to deciding what’s for dinner. I help think through the options.
Achiever
Lists and organization are at the heart of how I get things done.
When working with me, you can expect that I will organize the work to be done and keep detailed track of plans. You will also see the organization come into a structured approach to developing strategies that fit your needs.
Individualization
I believe that no two individuals, teams, or companies are alike.
Strategies and ideas that work for many, may not work for you. Understanding yourself and your team will help us define techniques and ideas that are uniquely tailored to the situation and goals.
Maximizer
I start with something good and enjoy finding ways to make it great.
You, your team, or your company are already awesome. My maximizer will evaluate where you are and determine the steps you can begin to take that will close the gap between the current state and the vision you aspire to achieve.
Input
This is my collector tendency that builds my personal information file.
I’m fascinated with marketing, brand building, employee experiences, hybrid work, personal development, sustainability…and the list goes on. As a result, I “collect” lots of information and ideas. This enables me to provide you the perfect tip, resource, or idea for your current situation or challenge.

Clutter Zero
I heard a recent episode of Optimal Living Daily podcast titled “Busyness is a Kind of Debt”. One point that stuck with me was the comparison that clearing clutter and getting to “clutter zero” provides the same feeling as getting rid of credit card debt. The...
Daily Clutter
As we enter each day, we make tradeoffs on where to spend our time. We have deliverables for work, errands to run, dinner to make. Our plates are full. We likely also have non-urgent activities on the list causing mental clutter. A deliverable that is further out but...
What Can We Learn from Clutter Spirals?

Clearing Complexity
I came across a quote by Bill Gates that is worth thinking about. “The barrier to change isn’t too little caring, it’s too much complexity.” – Bill Gates The world today is full of challenges that need to be overcome. Yet, we are busy with lives that can be...
The Bottleneck
A bottleneck is defined as “a narrow section of road or a junction that impedes traffic flow”. Or “a situation that causes delay in a process or system”. Our lives are full of bottlenecks. Driving in rush hour. Standing in line at the grocery. Waiting at the doctor....
Design, Art, and Craft
I heard a podcast where there was a discussion of the difference between design and art. The POV was that design is for a client and art doesn’t have to be for anyone. That got me thinking about how we approach our work. Specifically, I wondered if an artist starts to...
